I know many people translated it by themselves, then did it change recently?
USCIS says “Any document containing foreign language submitted to USCIS shall be accompanied by a full English language translation which the translator has certified as complete and accurate, and by the translator’s certification that he or she is competent to translate from the foreign language”

Just a few more million £ of taxpayers money may solve the translator shortage communication problem and avoid riots.
We should stop the wave of Pakistanis coming to the UK now on security grounds, also from all highly corrupt countries as shown in the CPI index below. Students included, in fact students most of all, no we do not need their fees.
