Foreign Language Online

With my job, at times I need to communicate with different languages, Just wondering if there is something free I can install on my black berry? (mainly with a couple of the most common ones, French/Spanish etc)
Its a curve 8310 by the way, and I assume some websites may be blocked!

1. Does the US have any international schools for children of foreign diplomats or expats?

2. Does the US have any foreign language schools that teach most subjects in other languages such as French, Spanish or Chinese?
