Does Oregon have schools that have the morning classes in a different language other than English? Or was the article I read lying to me?

Greetings! What are the advantage and disadvantages of English as a primary language of instruction at schools located in countries whose people are not native English speakers? How will this keep their cultural identity intact? Thank you very much!

I am Vietnamese, I sadly, I don’t know the language. I am 13, so I really want to learn it. Of course, no high school in the US of A has such a course. What is the best way to learn it good, well, and fluent.

(p.s, My mom wants me to take Vietnamese classes at a Vietnamese church, but I heard the teaching is horrible!)

in schools they teach spanish, german and french, we dont even get to choose if we would like to speak gahlic,our own language.

I am thinking about taking online courses to gain credits toward my high school graduation. I would like to graduate next year. But, I have to have 2 units of a single foreign language. What online high schools have Spanish 1 and 2 that I can complete in a short time? I need to complete both 1 and 2 in a year.

I don’t want to use any of those self-motivation programs like Rosetta Stone. I am still in high school and I don’t have any more time to learn a foreign language there. And there are not any foreign language schools nearby with costs I can afford. What do I do?
